Our Executive management team has over 95 years of financial industry experience, and all have personally originated and underwritten loans and managed large operations. they know what it takes to be successful in this business.  

Many of our branch managers were once broker/owners or banker/owners that found themselves at a crossroads due to one or more of these issues: the shrinking field of Investors, the inability to sign on with new Investors, loss of or the inability to secure warehouse lines. Others were branch managers and/or Loan Officers who found that they were in an uncomfortable situation, working for a company that had warehouse problems, loss of Investors, poor underwriting turn time, cash flow issues or just going out of business.
